IT Support Specialist (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical assistance for end‑users and maintain the office IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals on Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems promptly.
• Manage the full device lifecycle: provisioning, deployment, maintenance and decommissioning.
• Support office IT infrastructure including network connectivity, AV systems and workplace technologies.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, perform inventory audits and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
• Collaborate with Level 2 support teams and coordinate with third‑party vendors for escalations and maintenance.
• Assist with IT projects, office relocations and technology deployments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑user support and IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
