IT Support Specialist – Onsite Desktop & Infrastructure Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to deliver onsite end‑user assistance, maintain office IT infrastructure, and support asset and project‑based operations. The role combines hands‑on technical work with coordination of remote teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Handle provisioning, deployment, replacement and decommissioning of IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues and coordinate escalations with Level 2 support.
• Maintain network connectivity, printing, voice, AV and workplace technologies; install and service switches, routers and access points.
• Assist with smart‑office solutions and conference‑room technology, liaising with vendors for maintenance.
• Manage IT assets: receiving, labeling, imaging, tracking, inventory audits, repairs, redeployment and disposal while ensuring policy compliance.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, infrastructure projects and business events, providing remote‑hands assistance and vendor coordination.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
• Proactive attitude with good organizational skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, access points).
• Asset management and inventory control experience.
