IT Support Specialist

About the role

Check Point is looking for a customer‑focused IT Support Specialist to deliver technical assistance to employees across a global organization. You will work with modern workplace tools, resolve incidents, manage user access, and ensure a high‑quality end‑user experience through phone, email, chat and remote support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support via phone, email, Teams, chat and remote tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical incidents and service requests, meeting SLA and KPI targets.
• Support Windows, macOS, mobile devices and endpoint management platforms.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Configure workstations, software, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, MFA and access requests using Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Log, track and resolve incidents using ITSM tools, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge‑base articles and user guides; identify automation opportunities with Power Platform and AI.
• Follow IT security policies, support endpoint security and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays to support follow‑the‑sun operations.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including night shifts.
• Experience providing remote technical support to a global user base.
