IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist will provide high‑quality onsite and remote assistance to GGH employees, including senior executives, ensuring that all technology used daily operates smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt technical support for PCs, servers, mobile devices, printers, networks, video‑conferencing, WMS devices, CCTV cameras, and access‑control systems.
• Configure, install, test, and patch hardware and related software.
• Monitor and maintain the local IT infrastructure, responding quickly to outages.
• Coordinate problem resolution with remote IT teams or external vendors.
• Educate users on best practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and keep IT documentation up to date.
• Develop a knowledge base of resolved issues and contribute to budget planning and project investments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, electronics, electrical engineering, or automation (desirable).
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
