Key responsibilities
- Provision and troubleshoot employee hardware (Mac and Windows).
- Manage software access and enforce security protocols.
- Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
