IT Support Specialist – Global & India Operations

About the role

We are looking for a versatile IT Support Specialist to join our India IT team. The role provides hands‑on technical assistance to staff and clients across India and supports remote users in other global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software for staff.
• Deploy, maintain and repair desktops, laptops and other IT equipment.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Interact with employees to understand technical needs and deliver clear solutions.
• Offer remote assistance to users in India, the Philippines, LATAM, Colombia, Argentina and other sites.
• Maintain procurement records and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Track, inventory and secure IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, retrieval, repairs and disposal.
• Assist regional and global IT teams on projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of hardware installation, software configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience maintaining procurement documentation and coordinating with vendors.
• Ability to manage IT assets efficiently and follow security best practices.
• Familiarity with remote connectivity tools and remote support processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across regional and global teams.
