IT Support & Network Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support & Network Specialist to join a fast‑moving consulting team. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring that Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 tools run smoothly across the organization. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with proactive maintenance to keep business‑critical applications available.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets, phone calls and emails, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in Windows 11 and the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Document, track and monitor incidents to guarantee lasting solutions.
• Collaborate with regional IT team members on infrastructure and support matters.
• Maintain and support business‑critical tools such as Excel, Power BI and VPN clients.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on IT support or help‑desk experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proactive mindset focused on preventing problems before they arise.
