IT Support & Network Specialist

About the role

Join a high‑performing consulting team as an IT Support & Network Specialist. You will provide multi‑channel technical assistance, keep business‑critical tools running smoothly, and help prevent issues before they impact productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and resolve technical problems related to IT equipment and software applications.
• Respond to support requests via tickets, phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Document, track and monitor issues to ensure lasting resolutions.
• Collaborate with regional IT team members on infrastructure and support matters.
• Support and maintain business‑critical tools such as Excel, Power BI and VPN clients.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
• Clear, user‑friendly communication style for non‑technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets effectively in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Proactive mindset – focus on preventing problems as well as fixing them.
