About the role

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams, serving as the first point of contact for technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in‑person.

• Assist in system administration tasks, including user account management and system updates.
• Maintain and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and enhance user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support.
