IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our fast‑moving team. You will be responsible for maintaining the health, security and performance of macOS, Linux and Windows endpoints across the organisation, providing both remote and onsite assistance to employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support macOS, Linux and Windows devices.
• Administer JumpCloud, Kaspersky and Safetica platforms, including policy configuration, patch management and compliance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, network and access‑related issues.
• Handle user onboarding and off‑boarding, asset allocation and access provisioning.
• Oversee software deployment, license tracking and IT asset inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, warranties and support.
• Monitor security alerts and ensure timely remediation.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset records and support logs.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to employees.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with macOS, Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience with JumpCloud, Kaspersky and Safetica.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security, DLP, device management and access control.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting OS, network, email, VPN and user‑access issues.
• Understanding of Active Directory/identity management, patch management and security best practices.
• Good communication, coordination and vendor‑management skills.
• Preferred experience in startup or fast‑paced environments and familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Exposure to automation or scripting tools and relevant certifications are a plus.
