IT Support Engineer – 1-5 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Kanpur Head Office team. The role involves delivering day‑to‑day technical assistance, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, printers and related IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and business applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, escalating when necessary.
• Manage user accounts, email services and access permissions in Active Directory.
• Configure and support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Monitor, prioritize and resolve service requests within defined SLAs.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and related documentation.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in IT or desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office/365.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
• Hands‑on experience with desktop and laptop installation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
