IT Support Associate (L1)

About the role

The L1 IT Support Associate will provide first‑line technical assistance for Bosch's IT fleet management, Managed Print Services and Mobile Service Delivery. You will work in a Windows environment, handling desktop, laptop and peripheral issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound support requests via email, phone or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops and monitors.
• Support Managed Print Services and Mobile PIM services, including device provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Log all incidents accurately, monitor ticket status and provide timely updates to users.
• Educate end‑users on basic troubleshooting steps and IT best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on IT support experience in a Windows environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCSA are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware lifecycle management.
