IT Support Associate II

About the role

The IT Support Associate II joins Amazon OTS IT Operations to provide frontline technical assistance across fulfillment sites. You will be the first point of contact for end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of all IT equipment that powers our global logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware including PCs, thin clients, wireless handheld devices, scanners, and zebra thermal printers.
• Manage RMA and warranty repair processes for all devices.
• Support senior engineers on daily projects and operational activities.
• Adhere to safety procedures while performing on‑site work.
• Provide first‑level support for Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of corporate‑setting support experience with Windows, macOS or Linux.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers and portable handheld terminals.
