IT Support Analyst

About the role

Huron is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join its corporate team. You will provide technical assistance to employees, handling both entry‑level and advanced issues while ensuring smooth operation of the internal IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents reported by staff.
• Document all interactions, steps taken, and resolutions in the internal ticketing system.
• Maintain compliance with defined policies and operating procedures.
• Manage multiple priorities, often working independently with minimal supervision.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with users, colleagues, and other departments.

Required profile

• Strong academic performance, preferably in Information Systems or an associate’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office suite, and Office 365 administration.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to work onsite full‑time with flexibility for night or weekend shifts.
