About the role

As an IT Specialist at AI CERTs®, you will ensure that the technical environments used in our courses are set up, maintained, and run smoothly. You will provide hands‑on support to learners encountering technical issues and work closely with subject‑matter experts and instructional designers.

Key responsibilities

Set up and maintain technical tools and environments for hands‑on exercises.
Provide timely technical support to learners facing issues.
Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to meet technical requirements.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and technical support experience.
Effective collaboration and communication skills.
