IT Service Desk Supporter (Global)

About the role

CIP Fund Solutions is seeking an IT Service Desk Supporter to join its Gurugram office. You will provide L1/L2 support for global users, work closely with colleagues across multiple continents, and contribute to a unified IT support model.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote L1/L2 IT support for global tickets, diagnosing and resolving issues or escalating when needed.
• Track, prioritize, and document incidents and requests in Jira/Confluence, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, collaboration tools, MFA, account lockouts, and access‑related incidents.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and asset inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams, global Service Desk colleagues, and external vendors to ensure clear ticket ownership and escalation.
• Maintain and update SOPs, knowledge articles, and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with regular interaction with senior business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, follow global processes, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Comfortable in a hybrid work environment (three days onsite, two days remote).
