IT Security Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Security Analyst to join our global security operations team. You will monitor, analyze and respond to cyber‑threats across endpoint, identity, data, cloud and network environments, helping to protect our worldwide connectivity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate and respond to security alerts using Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Darktrace, Netskope and SIEM/log pipelines (Cribl).
• Perform incident triage, root‑cause analysis and coordinate containment and remediation.
• Manage endpoint security posture with Microsoft Defender and CrowdStrike.
• Enforce device security and compliance via Microsoft Intune.
• Support privileged access management using CyberArk.
• Conduct vulnerability management with Qualys.
• Manage data protection and DLP through Microsoft Purview.
• Monitor cloud and web security with Netskope.
• Analyze anomalies with Darktrace and optimise log ingestion with Cribl.
• Support phishing awareness programs using KnowBe4.
• Develop playbooks, documentation and reporting, and collaborate with global security teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑9 years of information security experience.
• Hands‑on experience with at least five of the listed security tools.
• Strong understanding of EDR, DLP, IAM, incident response and vulnerability management.
• Ability to independently investigate incidents and correlate logs across endpoint, network and cloud.
