IT Sales Executive – Hyderabad

About the role

The IT Sales Executive will drive new business growth by promoting a portfolio of IT products and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their technology needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and other sales channels.
• Meet with potential clients to understand their IT requirements and business needs.
• Present and demonstrate IT products, software, cloud solutions and services.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to deliver suitable customer solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, follow‑ups and forecasts in Zoho CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, software sales or business development; fresh graduates with strong communication and sales abilities may also be considered.
• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Zoho CRM for lead management, customer follow‑ups, opportunity tracking and sales pipeline management.
