IT Recruiter – US Shift (EST)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for US‑based clients on an EST shift. The role is based in Vadodara and requires sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates against client criteria.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Submit qualified candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and collect feedback.
• Engage with candidates to reduce drop‑offs and ensure smooth closures.
• Meet weekly submission targets and prepare recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 6 months to 7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with US market exposure.
• Ability to work the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift (EST hours).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised, target‑driven and capable of handling multiple requisitions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience using job portals, social media platforms, and networking for talent sourcing.
