IT Recruiter – Full‑Time Role

About the role

IT Tutor Pro is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for technical and IT positions. This full‑time, on‑site role in Hyderabad focuses on building strong talent pipelines and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job postings.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including professional networking platforms and modern sourcing tools.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, assessing technical and cultural fit, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support employer branding initiatives.
• Continuously improve hiring practices and contribute to recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life cycle IT recruitment and technical hiring.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple requisitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field; recruitment certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with current IT trends and common technology stacks; experience in the IT training or education sector is advantageous.
