IT Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition (Jaipur)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our HR team in Jaipur. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, sourcing top talent, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Ceipal and other job portals.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT roles, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines.
• Conduct screening calls to assess technical competence and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Ceipal ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented and detail‑focused mindset.
