About the role
We are looking for an energetic IT Recruiter to join our Bangalore office and support the hiring of both IT and non‑IT talent for a leading client. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and non‑IT positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven ability to handle full‑cycle hiring and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proficiency in using Naukri and other job‑portal sourcing tools.
