IT Recruiter (2-4 years experience)

About the role

DXFactor is seeking an IT Recruiter to join its Ahmedabad office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition for technology roles, supporting the company’s growth across global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process for software developers, project managers, analysts and other IT positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess technical fit, and coordinate hiring decisions with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Track multiple requisitions, ensuring timely progress and meeting hiring targets.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical recruiting, or general recruiting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
