IT Project Manager – Site Expansion Program

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our site‑expansion program. You will coordinate across multiple IT service domains to ensure that each new site receives the required network, audio‑visual, print, security and storage services on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end site‑expansion process, from initiation and sizing to funding and execution.
• Create and maintain project template and sizing files for all IT services.
• Assign and monitor tasks for regional IT service contacts (network, AV, print, firewalls, storage, etc.).
• Communicate timelines, project plans and funding requirements to stakeholders.
• Collect status updates, log progress and produce executive‑level reports.

Required profile

• 7–13 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in infrastructure or site‑rollout environments.
• Basic financial and accounting understanding to manage budgets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present status at executive level.
