IT Project Manager – Agile & Gen AI Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology initiatives, including AI and Generative AI projects. You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure projects are scoped, planned, and executed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project management for IT initiatives from scoping through delivery.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate across technical and business teams to keep priorities aligned.
• Track dependencies, risks, and resource constraints, escalating issues early.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation for leadership visibility.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong background managing projects in Agile delivery environments.
• Hands‑on experience using Jira for tracking and coordination.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations across technical and business teams.
• Experience supporting AI or Generative AI initiatives within a technology organization.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: PMP certification and experience with Waterfall delivery.
