IT Professional – School IT Support

About the role

We are seeking an IT Professional to manage and support the technology infrastructure of our school in Kawardha. The role involves ensuring that hardware, networking, and software systems operate smoothly to support teachers, students, and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and repair PCs, printers, projectors, and smart boards.
• Manage school Wi‑Fi, LAN, and CCTV networks, ensuring reliable connectivity and security.
• Install operating systems, maintain the school ERP, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Perform regular servicing of computer lab equipment and execute data backup procedures.

Required profile

• Educational qualification: BCA, B.Sc IT, or a Diploma in Hardware & Networking.
• Prior experience in a school or corporate IT desk is advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude with a “fix‑it” mindset.
