IT & Non‑IT Recruiter – Remote (India)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. Working remotely from anywhere in India, you will source, attract and hire both IT and non‑IT professionals for a variety of white‑collar positions, ranging from software development to business analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical competence, cultural fit and alignment with the organization.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – posting, resume review, interview scheduling, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay updated on tech‑hiring trends, compensation benchmarks and talent‑sourcing strategies.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future needs.
• Represent the company brand positively at every candidate touchpoint.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience recruiting IT and non‑IT roles, preferably in professional services.
• Strong understanding of technical and non‑technical job titles and terminology.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record of filling technical positions and building strong candidate relationships.
