IT & Non‑IT Recruiter – Bangalore

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT & Non‑IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The role involves sourcing, assessing and hiring technology and business professionals across a range of white‑collar positions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate technical competence and cultural fit.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, including job posting, interview scheduling, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and generate regular hiring reports.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of passive and active talent for current and future needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience recruiting both IT and non‑IT roles, preferably in professional services.
• Strong understanding of technical job titles such as software engineer, DevOps, cloud architect, as well as business analyst and other non‑technical positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Shine, Weekday, Apna and Work India.
