IT & Non-IT Recruiter – Bangalore

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT & Non‑IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The role involves sourcing, screening and hiring technology and business professionals across a range of white‑collar domains. You will work closely with hiring managers to match talent with the company’s fast‑paced growth needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events and direct outreach.
• Screen applicants for technical competence, cultural fit and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and generate regular hiring metrics.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future needs.
• Represent the employer brand positively at every candidate touchpoint.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting both IT and non‑IT roles, preferably in professional services.
• Strong understanding of technical and non‑technical job titles and terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high‑volume environment.
