IT Lead Business Analyst, Global Transportation and Trade Compliance

About the role

The Lead Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, focusing on global transportation and trade compliance. This hybrid position requires deep knowledge of supply chain processes and the ability to drive technology solutions that align with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with divisional and functional teams.
• Partner with business and technical teams to reach consensus on solutions and deliver new enhancements.
• Define use cases that align technology output with commercial goals.
• Recommend process and system changes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Information Systems (preferred).
• 6 to 9 years of professional experience in supply chain, with emphasis on global trade and transportation.
• Experience working with high‑level business stakeholders and in regulated environments (preferred).
• Ability to support different time zones based on project needs.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of global trade and transportation solutions, preferably SAP TM or SAP GTS.
• Process mapping and documentation of complex processes.
