IT HelpDesk Engineer – Full‑time

About the role

Ciklum is seeking an IT HelpDesk Engineer to provide first‑line technical support for its internal users across India. You will handle day‑to‑day tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth onboarding and off‑boarding of workstations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tickets in the Service Desk system and route them to appropriate support tiers.
• Communicate with users via Gmail, Google Chat, Google Meet, and phone.
• Provide daily support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Prepare, provision, and de‑provision workstations for new hires and leavers.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT service providers, and other IT sub‑departments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date internal and external documentation.
• Track and manage IT assets and stock.

Required profile

• Technical background with experience administering Windows 10+ and macOS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and basic ITIL principles.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, client‑first attitude, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Effective communication skills in English (intermediate or higher).
• Team player who can cooperate across multiple IT functions.
