IT Help Desk Technician

About the role

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to deliver prompt and effective technical assistance to our users. In this role you will handle basic computer, mobile and software issues, providing clear guidance and solutions to maintain client satisfaction and protect the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user queries regarding hardware, software, and mobile device problems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues using remote control tools.
• Provide step‑by‑step advice and documentation to end‑users.
• Escalate more complex incidents to senior support teams when necessary.
• Maintain records of tickets and solutions in the support database.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a help desk technician or in a comparable customer support role.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices and office automation tools.
• Excellent English communication skills and a patient, customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers.
• BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

Required skills

• Database familiarity.
