IT Executive

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as an IT Executive and help create exceptional guest experiences through reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions. You will work across multiple properties, supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT systems that keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of IT strategies aligned with area, cluster, and corporate objectives.
• Monitor, diagnose, and optimise LAN and network server performance, managing upgrades, directory structures and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to personal computing, software applications and network connectivity, providing training as needed.
• Ensure IT infrastructure complies with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards, managing shared resources and backup procedures.
• Assist with major technology projects such as workstation/server refreshes, Wi‑Fi, PBX and point‑of‑sale installations, delivering on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with property management to minimise downtime and maintain critical site systems.
• Supervise, coach and mentor the IT team, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional development.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
• Strong knowledge of hospitality‑focused IT environments.
• Demonstrated alignment with Hilton’s core values: hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency.
