IT Executive – Hospitality Technology Support

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as an IT Executive and combine your technical expertise with a passion for hospitality. You will ensure that all technology systems run smoothly, creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly address equipment and connectivity service requests, maintaining compliance with Hilton Technology Network standards.
• Maintain and manage inventory of hardware, software, and related assets.
• Install, set up, and dismantle A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel work areas.
• Provide technical support and end‑user training for hardware and software issues.
• Process equipment and service billing for guests, resolve concerns, and authorize billing adjustments.
• Document repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests, flagging issues for further action.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco or Microsoft.
• Proven experience in IT management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of network and system administration, cybersecurity, and database management.
