IT Consulting – Banking & Big Data Solutions

About the role

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will work closely with banking clients to diagnose issues, design innovative solutions and drive successful deployments. The role focuses on compliance, consumer banking, and advanced technology platforms such as Big Data, Splunk and Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer problems, identify root causes and propose value‑creating strategies.
• Develop and own parts of proposal documents, providing input on solution design.
• Configure products, conduct conference‑room pilots and resolve technical queries.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept workshops and effort estimates aligned with client budgets.
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit‑level initiatives to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of financial processes and pricing models for projects.
• Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas and recommend technology solutions.
• Excellent client‑facing and team collaboration skills.
