IT Administrator – Mumbai Office

About the role

Snapmint is looking for an IT Administrator to own day‑to‑day IT support, endpoint management and asset operations for its Mumbai office. You will ensure a secure, reliable technology environment for all employees while maintaining strong operational and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, lifecycle management, physical verification, tagging, disposal and audit compliance.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints via JumpCloud MDM, enforcing policies, updates, device compliance and security.
• Administer Kaspersky Antivirus and Safetica DLP, monitor security dashboards and support vulnerability management.
• Handle user accounts and access control through Active Directory and JumpCloud.
• Provide L1/L2 desktop support for Windows, macOS and basic Linux, resolving hardware, software, network, email and VPN issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, support ITIL processes and ensure compliance with data‑protection standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance and vendors for asset audits, repairs and overall IT operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of hands‑on IT support or administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS and common business applications.
• Experience with ITIL‑based service desks such as Jira or ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
