IT Administrator – Jaipur

About the role

Snapmint is looking for a proactive IT Administrator to join its technology team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT assets, ensuring endpoint security, and providing first‑line support to employees across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets from procurement to decommissioning, including physical verification and audit coordination.
• Manage Windows and macOS devices via JumpCloud MDM, enforcing security policies, updates, and compliance.
• Administer endpoint security tools such as Kaspersky Antivirus and Safetica DLP, monitoring patching and compliance status.
• Provide L1/L2 desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, email, VPN and access issues.
• Handle user account provisioning and access control through Active Directory and JumpCloud.
• Document IT processes and support ITIL activities including Incident, Change and Asset Management.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement and finance, and escalate critical incidents as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in IT support, operations or asset management.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM solutions, especially JumpCloud.
• Familiarity with ITIL‑based processes.
