IoT (Java + AWS) Tech Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IoT Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of Java‑based cloud solutions on AWS. You will own end‑to‑end architecture, migration, and implementation of IoT platforms for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design Java + AWS cloud architectures, including migration from on‑premise to cloud.
• Lead distributed teams, define AWS architecture, pricing, and estimation.
• Implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, oversee operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Conduct code reviews, build proofs of concept, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Promote Agile best practices across the delivery lifecycle.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of Java development experience.
• 2‑3+ years hands‑on experience with AWS development and deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead global teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
