iOS Developer (B2C)

About the role

We are looking for an iOS Developer to join the Astrochat product team. You will create and enhance a high‑traffic B2C dating app used by millions of users across India.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement modern user interfaces with SwiftUI while maintaining legacy screens using UIKit.
• Collaborate with Flutter developers to share code and ensure feature parity across iOS and Android.
• Own the full feature lifecycle – from specification, development, testing, to release – for high‑impact features such as profile boosts and match notifications.
• Investigate and resolve bugs, optimise performance, and guarantee smooth operation on all iPhone models.
• Work closely with product managers, designers and fellow engineers in fast‑paced sprints.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on iOS development experience, with at least 1 year in a B2C product environment.
• Successfully shipped at least one iOS application to the App Store (verifiable).
• Strong understanding of iOS architecture patterns (MVVM or similar) and REST API integration.

Required skills

• SwiftUI and UIKit.
• MVVM (or comparable) architecture.
• REST API consumption.
• Git version control.
• CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds.
• Basic hands‑on experience with Flutter.
• Optional: RxSwift, Core Data, push‑notification implementation.
