International Voice Process Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Customer Support Associate to join our International Voice Process team in Kochi. The role involves handling inbound calls, providing technical assistance, and delivering a high‑standard customer experience for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer queries via phone and provide timely support.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues on PC, Mac, and mobile devices.
• Assist customers with software installation, uninstallation, and product configuration.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Any graduate degree (UG/PG/MBA) is acceptable.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work rotational night shifts and join immediately.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
