International Travel Consultant

About the role

Clubside Tours and Travels is seeking an International Travel Consultant to join its Kolkata office. You will advise clients on global destinations, design personalized itineraries and manage all aspects of international travel arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on international destinations, itineraries, and travel options tailored to client preferences and budgets.
• Manage end‑to‑end travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and travel insurance.
• Handle reservations, respond to client inquiries, and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Resolve travel‑related issues promptly and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Stay updated on travel trends, airline and hotel policies, and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Required profile

• Strong background in travel consulting and travel management.
• Experience with travel arrangements and reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and ground transportation.
• Excellent customer service skills with clear communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of global destinations, visa processes, and travel insurance.
• Familiarity with GDS or other travel booking platforms.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or a related field; prior experience in an international travel agency or tour operator is a plus.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and local languages.
