International Telecaller Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident, target‑driven International Telecaller Executive to generate new business opportunities for our website development and SaaS solutions. The role involves outbound and inbound communication with prospects in the USA, Australia and the UK, and requires strong English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the USA, Australia and/or UK.
• Promote and sell website development services, SaaS products and other IT solutions.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries, follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Update CRM with interactions, sales activities and follow‑up schedules.
• Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project handovers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in international telecalling, inside sales or IT sales (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
• Experience dealing with clients from at least two of the following regions: USA, Australia, UK.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
