About the role

Join Shulke Consulting’s International Tax team as a Corporate Tax Advisor. You will work on high‑impact cross‑border projects, supporting multinational clients with tax‑efficient structures and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide international corporate tax advisory and design outbound/inbound investment structures.
• Develop cross‑border tax planning strategies and tax‑efficient operating models.
• Handle US Federal corporate tax matters, multi‑state taxation, and Sales & Use Tax advisory.
• Advise on corporate taxation in key European jurisdictions and EU tax directives.
• Assess tax implications of business expansion across Europe.
• Conduct transfer‑pricing functional and economic analyses, including benchmarking studies.
• Support M&A transactions and expatriate tax planning.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–3 years of experience in taxation, transfer pricing, audit or transaction advisory.
• Strong interest in international taxation and cross‑border business.
• Solid understanding of Indian corporate tax fundamentals and excellent analytical/research abilities.
• Intellectually curious, problem‑solver, and confident communicator.

Required skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
