International Business Development Manager

About the role

We are an AI‑first creative production studio that delivers brand‑grade video and image content at scale for Fortune‑500, D2C and challenger brands worldwide. As the International Business Development Manager you will own the end‑to‑end sales motion for our AI video services across the United States, MENA and Europe, working directly with the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume cold outreach (LinkedIn DMs, emails, calls) to CMOs, VPs of Marketing and Brand Directors in target regions.
• Conduct deep market research using AI tools and platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Apollo, Lusha, SimilarWeb, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to craft hyper‑personalized outreach.
• Build, manage and report a clean CRM pipeline from first touch to signed pilot.
• Schedule and lead discovery calls, qualify leads and hand off qualified opportunities to the founder.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, pricing flexibility and account strategy.
• Provide quarterly market intelligence on trends, brand activity and competitive moves.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international business development or sales, preferably in tech or creative services.
• Ability to work autonomously with high ownership and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Comfort with a flexible, region‑based schedule and remote work environment.
• Strong communication skills for outreach to senior marketing leaders.
