Internal Technical Trainer

About the role

The Internal Technical Trainer will design, develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs for our engineering, product, and support teams. You will create technical documentation, run classroom and virtual sessions, and ensure staff stay current with the latest IoT, cloud, and security technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical onboarding programs for new hires across Software, Firmware, Hardware, QA, Customer Success, and Technical Support.
• Develop structured learning paths and certification programs for Access Control, BLE, IoT Architecture, Cloud Platform, Mobile Apps (Android & iOS), REST APIs, RFID/NFC/Biometric, Networking fundamentals, and Smart Building Solutions.
• Create SOPs, training manuals, knowledge‑base articles, videos and assessments.
• Conduct classroom, virtual and hands‑on training sessions, workshops, hackathons and knowledge‑sharing events.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to incorporate new releases and product enhancements.
• Maintain the internal LMS, training calendar and track effectiveness through quizzes, assessments and performance metrics.
• Support cross‑functional teams with product demos and technical enablement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in technical training, engineering enablement or technical education.
• Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems, cloud platforms and mobile technologies.
• Experience with access‑control or physical‑security solutions is preferred.
