Internal & Corporate Communications Analyst/Associate

About the role

JPMorgan Chase is looking for a proactive Analyst or Associate to support Internal and Corporate Communications for its India Corporate Centers in Mumbai or Bengaluru. You will help translate communication strategy into engaging content, manage delivery channels, and provide performance insights to enhance employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and proofread content for newsletters, intranet articles, videos, digital signage and broadcast emails.
• Manage and maintain communication platforms such as the intranet, newsletters, Microsoft Teams channels and digital signage, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
• Track, analyze and report on content and channel performance using MS Excel, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SharePoint, Power BI and other internal tools.
• Support planning and execution of internal communication projects and events, including town halls and employee engagement activities.
• Identify storytelling opportunities across locations and collaborate with stakeholders to keep messaging accurate and aligned with business priorities.

Required profile

• Strong communications background with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of communication processes.
• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and adapt content for a diverse employee audience.
