Internal Auditor – Revenue Assurance

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Internal Auditor to join Delhivery’s Revenue Assurance team. The role will focus on safeguarding the integrity of revenue‑related processes, identifying leakages, and strengthening internal controls across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of revenue processes, finance, pricing, customer invoicing and credit notes.
• Identify revenue leakages, process gaps, control weaknesses and compliance issues through data‑driven audits.
• Review contracts, pricing structures, billing configurations and revenue recognition to ensure alignment with policies and customer agreements.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of revenue discrepancies and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor adherence to internal controls and standard operating procedures.
• Use data analytics to detect anomalies, trends and exceptions affecting revenue.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business and Technology teams to implement audit recommendations.
• Track closure of audit observations and validate implementation of corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in logistics, e‑commerce, supply‑chain or technology‑driven organisations.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CIA, CPA or MBA are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit methodologies and risk assessment.
• Good knowledge of revenue cycles, billing processes and pricing controls.
• Experience working with large data sets and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau or Python is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and report‑writing abilities.
