About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Kolkata involves planning, executing and documenting internal audits across financial and operational processes. The Internal Auditor ensures compliance with standards, regulations and internal policies while providing actionable recommendations to strengthen governance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document internal audits across financial and operational processes.
• Review internal controls, assess risks and test transactions and procedures.
• Prepare clear, structured audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate findings to management.
• Support implementation and monitoring of corrective actions.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in auditing and finance.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with relevant internal audit or assurance experience.
• Strong finance and financial audit skills, including ability to evaluate financial statements and business processes.
• Well‑developed analytical skills to identify control gaps and assess risks.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings and drafting reports.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management practices and applicable accounting and auditing standards.
• High level of integrity, professional skepticism and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
