Internal Audit Specialist – Managed Services & Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking an Internal Audit Specialist to join its Risk Assurance Services team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end internal audit services, including function set‑up, transformation, co‑sourcing, outsourcing and managed services, leveraging AI and advanced risk technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute internal audit engagements across diverse industries, assessing financial statements, internal controls and compliance.
• Support clients in establishing or transforming their internal audit function, including co‑sourcing and managed‑service models.
• Integrate audit insights with cyber, forensics and compliance expertise to address the full risk spectrum.
• Utilise data‑analytics and AI tools to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare clear reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders, helping organisations protect value and manage disruption.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance or related field.
• Experience in internal audit, risk assurance or advisory services.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate governance, risk management and control processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients at senior levels.
