About the role
PWC is seeking an Internal Audit Specialist to join its Advisory practice in Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end internal audit services for clients in the financial services and banking sectors, leveraging risk technology and governance expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning activities for Internal Audit, SOX 404, risk & controls and compliance engagements.
- Collaborate with clients to assess, design and implement new risk and control frameworks.
- Apply governance, risk and compliance tools to develop sustainable solutions.
- Support operating processes and people models to address evolving risks.
Required profile
- Relevant sector experience in Financial Services or Banking.
- Background in internal audit, risk management or compliance.
Required skills
- Knowledge of SOX 404 requirements.
- Understanding of risk and control frameworks.
